Rates and Insurance

• I offer 1st time no obligation phone conversation to see if might be a good fit.

• Over the phone we can discuss current rates per session, sliding scale and method of payment.

• Currently I accept cash, credit/debit cards and checks only.

• I accept only OHP (Oregon Health Plan) insurance.

• I would be happy to provide a monthly statement for you to submit to your insurance company if they provide reimbursement for out-of-network providers.
